We’re excited to share a major milestone in Boom’s journey: we’ve raised $12.7 million in funding to accelerate the future of AI-powered property management.
The round was led by Avenue Growth Partners, with participation from former Hilton International CEO Ian Carter, Goldman Properties CEO Scott Srebnick, and Siemplify co-founder Garry Fatakhov, among others. Many of these investors have been with Boom since the beginning, continuing their support as we enter this next phase of growth.
Fueling Global Expansion and Product Innovation
This new investment will support Boom’s international expansion, strengthen our go-to-market presence, and enable strategic hiring across engineering, data science, and customer success.
Since our founding in 2023, Boom has grown rapidly and is now used by hospitality operators in 20 countries across five continents. With an NPS of 86 (more than double the SaaS industry average) we’re proud to deliver measurable impact and genuine customer satisfaction across the communities we serve.
Building the Future: Agentic AI for Hospitality
Our focus now turns to the development of next-generation agentic AI, designed specifically for the short-term rental and hospitality sectors.
Agentic AI represents a new evolution of automation—technology that can think, act, and assist like a true team member. From guest communications to operational task management, it brings intelligence and autonomy to the core of property operations.
