Boom at Scale UK / AI 2026

Brighton brought together operators, innovators, and industry leaders for SCALE AI / UK 2026, and the Boom team was excited to be part of the conversation. 💥

Across two packed days, discussions focused on one of the most important questions facing the industry today: how do property managers continue to grow while maintaining control, efficiency, and exceptional guest experiences?

Boom contributed to that conversation through two sessions led by Shahar Goldboim, each exploring a different side of the scale equation.

In "Hospitality at Scale: How Agentic AI Unlocks the Moments That Matter," Shahar joined Sab Mulligan of Zzzing, moderated by Richard Vaughton, to discuss how agentic AI can take on more of the operational workload and create space for teams to focus on the guest experiences that matter most.

In "The Architecture of Scale: Why Most Property Managers Hit a Growth Ceiling," Shahar explored the operational foundations that support sustainable growth. The session examined the challenges that emerge as businesses expand, including workflow complexity, reporting bottlenecks, disconnected systems, and increasing operational pressure.

Throughout the event, a recurring theme emerged: growth requires more than adding properties. It requires the right architecture behind the business. Stronger systems, clearer visibility, and technology that can support execution at scale are becoming essential for operators navigating an increasingly complex environment.

At the Boom booth, attendees also got a closer look at BAM, Boom’s Business Agentic Manager. The conversations and reactions reinforced a growing interest in AI systems that do more than assist, helping teams operate with greater speed, clarity, and confidence.

Thank you to everyone who spent time with the Boom team, joined the sessions, and contributed to the conversations throughout the event.
