Boom kicked off 2026 in Aventura, Florida at the IMN Short Term Rental Forum Winter 2026, and the conversations couldn’t have been more timely.

Across two days, we connected with operators who are actively thinking beyond basic automation and exploring how AI can operate alongside their teams as portfolios grow and complexity increases. The appetite for practical, deployable AI was evident from the very first conversation.
