The first AiPMS
We were the first AI-powered PMS in the world — and we don’t intend to make that our last ‘first’. When we find a problem, we solve it by thinking outside the box.
Backed by believers
$12.7M led by Avenue Growth Partners, with former Hilton International CEO Ian Carter, Goldman Properties CEO Scott Srebnick, and Siemplify co-founder Garry Fatakhov.
Operators at heart
Before Boom, we ran portfolios ourselves — trading spreadsheets for smart insights, guesswork for precision, and burnout for balance.
People first
AI is the means, not the mission. Hospitality is about people — the guests we serve and the professionals we empower.
The company was scaling, and the stack was not. Guest messages arrived faster than anyone could answer them. Rates were set on a spreadsheet on Sunday night and left alone all week. Housekeeping ran on WhatsApp. The month-end close took days, and by the time an owner statement went out, the month it described was already gone.
Every tool on the market promised to help. What they actually did was draft — a suggested reply, a suggested rate, a suggested task — and then wait for somebody to click. That is not leverage. That is a queue with better manners.
So we built the thing we wanted: software that could decide and act on its own, inside the operation, against the rules you set. That became BAM — the Business Agentic Manager — and then the world’s first AI-powered PMS around it.
We still run the way we started. Everyone here talks to operators every week, and the roadmap is argued about in terms of hours given back and revenue captured, not features shipped. AI is the means, not the mission. Hospitality is a people business; the point of the machine is to hand the people back their evenings.
