How do the three product lines fit together?+
Boom BAM is the entry — the Business Agentic Manager, the intelligent layer that runs the Agentic Agent (Chat, Studio, Optimizer, Playbooks) on the PMS you already have, free. Boom Apps are the tools you choose on top, across Operations, Revenue and Back Office — $10 for the Ops four or $20 for all twelve, per door/month (Ops $10, Pro $20). Boom AiPMS is the full platform, priced per portfolio — get a quote — and replaces your PMS entirely. Each step builds on the last.
How does the free start and trial work?+
BAM starts free with your included credits (30 per door) — no agreement to begin. Boom Apps come with a 14-day free trial on your full portfolio before the 12-month agreement starts. The AiPMS offers a sandbox, so you can explore without touching live operations.
Do I have to leave my current PMS?+
No. BAM and the Boom Apps run on top of Guesty, Hostaway and other systems — no migration. When you’re ready, the AiPMS replaces your PMS entirely, with a Migration Hub and a dedicated PM through an 8–10 week high-touch onboarding.
What are BAM credits?+
Credits power BAM’s AI work. Every door includes 30 free credits to start, and one-time top-ups (from $0.09/credit) are added to your balance immediately and never expire — billed on your monthly invoice, no payment today.
What does Boom actually replace?+
The Ops app replaces Breezeway-style operations tools. Pro removes PriceLabs, Enso and more — typically saving $20+/unit in subscriptions. The AiPMS replaces the PMS itself, with full data ownership.
