Good questions.

Can Boom handle both nightly and monthly pricing?+
Yes — rate strategies adapt by length of stay, with mid-term and extended-stay billing built in.
Can one building hold both nightly and monthly units?+
Yes. Mixed inventory is the normal case here — the same building can run nightly, weekly and multi-month stays with different pricing and billing on each.
Does my front desk need separate software?+
No. Front desk, housekeeping and the guest app work from the same system, which is the point: an aparthotel fails when the desk and the floor disagree.
How does this handle a guest extending mid-stay?+
The extension is priced, billed and reflected on the calendar without reissuing the booking, so housekeeping and the owner statement stay correct.
We already run a PMS. Do we have to replace it?+
Not to start. BAM and the Boom Apps run on top of what you have; replacing the PMS is a separate decision you can make later on evidence.

See it live on your portfolio.
