Can I control what owners see?+
Yes — you decide exactly which metrics, documents and statements each owner can access.
What can owners see?+
Their own properties: live P&L, bookings, payouts and statements. They cannot see each other, and they cannot see your margin unless you show it.
Does this replace my owner statements?+
It replaces the monthly scramble to produce them. Statements are generated from the same ledger the portal reads, so the number an owner sees mid-month is the number they get at month-end.
Will owners actually use it?+
The ones who currently email you will. Self-service is what reduces the questions rather than the reporting itself.
