London brought together a strong community of operators and industry leaders for Short Stay Summit 2026, and the Boom team was excited to be part of the conversation. 💥
Across a packed few days, we connected with teams who are actively thinking about how to grow without making the day-to-day heavier. The conversations were practical, focused, and centered on one shared challenge: how to reduce operational load while continuing to improve the guest experience.
A key highlight was Shahar Goldboim’s session, where he joined respected voices in the industry to discuss how AI can increase productivity while preserving the human touch where it matters most. The conversation explored what changes when AI starts carrying more of the operational work, giving teams more room to move faster, respond with care, and stay focused on the moments that shape the guest experience.
At Booth #68, operators shared real-world challenges around growth, complexity, and the systems they need to support their businesses. These conversations reinforced exactly why AI-first operations matter. Better productivity should not come at the expense of hospitality. It should give teams more space to deliver it.
Thank you to everyone who stopped by, asked sharp questions, and spent time with the Boom team in London.
